Environment and access to Monetico Payment

01 test ENVIRONMENT

Thanks to this environment, you can become familiar with the use of your Control Panel by learning to process the payments that have been made in your test environment. Of course, no payment validated in this environment will be completed as a real financial transaction.

The test environment is available at the following address: https://www.monetico-services.com/en/test/client/accueil.aspx

This test environment is directly identifiable by the presence of the word TEST in the header band.

 

02 production ENVIRONMENT

This is the environment in which you will manage your actual real payments; it is available at the following address: https://www.monetico-services.com/en

Access requirements
To access your Control Panel for the first time, you must use the user ID and password provided to you by email when your contract was signed.

To change your password, you must again enter your complete 8-digit temporary password (e.g. « 12345678 »). After you enter your new password (twice), click on CONFIRM.

Now you must once again identify yourself using your new permanent password by clicking on « identify yourself once again ».

Important

If your business has several virtual EPTs, you may apply for your user ID to be able to access the Control Panels of all those virtual EPTs.
