01 When will you stop providing support for the current Monetico Mobile solution?
May 3, 2019.
02 What does this mean?
Starting on May 3, 2019, merchants will no longer be able to use their current Monetico Mobile app for transactions. That’s why it is important that you decide which of the new solutions you’ll be using to accept customer payments.
03 Once I’ve made my decision, what happens next?
Our teams will update your file with your new choice. In around 10 business days, you’ll receive everything you need to use your new solution. Don’t worry: your current Monetico Mobile payment solution will keep working until your new system is set up and ready to be used.
04 Can I keep using the same mobile app?

05 Will the new app be compatible with the same phones as the Monetico Mobile solution that I’m currently using?
Yes. The Monetico app is compatible with most Apple devices using iOS version 10.0 or later, and most devices using Android version 5.0 or later.
06 Will my login info stay the same?
No. You’ll need a new username and password. We’ll send it to you once you have signed up for a new solution.
07 Will my data be transferred?
No. However, you’ll still be able to use your current Monetico Mobile app to view your transaction history.
Here’s how to see your transaction history:
- Log in to the Monetico Mobile application.
- From the main screen, press the menu button in the top left corner.
- Select Transactions.
- View your transactions.
You can also use the merchant portal to export your transaction history for the last 3 months.
Here’s how to export your transaction history:
- Log in to your control panel at www.commercants.monetico.ca/en/identification/default.cgi
- Choose View transaction history, under Payment management.
