Keypad service status
Every time you log in, the app will make sure that Bluetooth is enabled and your keypad is working. You’ll automatically be directed to the setup status page.
- Bluetooth verification: The application makes sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your telephone. If you see a green circle next to “Bluetooth status,” this means that Bluetooth is enabled and the application will continue the pairing process. If you see a red circle, Bluetooth is not enabled. You will need to activate Bluetooth on your device before the app can move on to the next step.
- Keypad search: The app will search for the keypad and redirect you to the payment page. If it can’t find they keypad (e.g., if it’s turned off), an error message will display.
