Cancelling a transaction on Mobile

The customer can cancel the transaction prior to PIN validation by pressing the button . If the transaction is cancelled after the card was inserted in the keypad, a receipt will be issued for transmission to the customer.

You can also cancel unpaid invoices using the mobile app.

To cancel an unpaid invoice :

  1. Click on the invoices tab
  2. Select the invoice you want to cancel (status must be Unpaid)
  3. Click on Void
  4. Confirm by pressing Yes
