You’ll receive a letter from Global Payments at least 30 days before the planned migration date. It will include the details of your new payment solution as well as the next steps for your migration. Our teams are working on the migration strategy to make sure that your replacement solution is equivalent to or better than the one you’re currently using.

If Global Payments needs to adjust your rates after you migrate, you’ll be officially notified as required by the Code of Conduct for the Credit and Debit Card Industry in Canada.

Once you’ve migrated to Global Payments, you’ll get an email with access information for their merchant portal. To find out the migration process for the portal, please see our page on that topic.
What’s happening to my Accord D service?
